In your home:

Monthly or bi-monthly bill-paying assistance: I will verify the bill, write the check and mail it (you sign each and very one of your own checks - I just help you make sure it's right and fill it all out for you.
Checkbook Balancing - I will handle it monthly to be sure your bank statement and checkbook match.
Medical paperwork - I will match up your insurance statements to your medical bills to be sure your insurance is paid and to verify the correct amount you owe your medical provider. If requested by you, I will contact providers to set up payment plans.
PG&E CARE Program (California Alternate Rates for Energy) assistance - I will assist you in determining if you quality for lower PG&E rates. If you quality I will assist you in the application process.
AT&T Lifeline Program - I will assist you in determining if you quality for lower monthly phone bill If you quality I will assist you in the application process.
Lower Prescription Drugs - The drug manufacturers have programs for low-income individuals that can lower the cost of drugs by 90%. I can do the research to find a program that you might qualify for, then help you apply.
